Harvest

Father Paul came to school for our Family Harvest Activity Session. Pupils, parents, grandparents and friends all came together to take part in harvest activities.

Where in the World?

We looked at a variety of produce to find out where in the world it came from!  We found apples from New Zealand, coffee from Brazil, medjool dates from Arizona, passata from Italy, grapes from Spain and many other items. The pupils and visitors completed a quiz to see how many countries they could find on the map of the world.

Thank God for the Harvest

The pupils thought about all the gifts that God provides for them and wrote their own thank you prayers.

They all completed acrostic poems with words and phrases related to harvest.
